The Board of Directors at their meeting held on January 15, 2026 has approved the acquisition of L5 Electric Three-Wheeler Vehicle Business from Atul Greentech Private Limited, Subsidiary Company (“AGPL”). In terms of provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons shall remain closed from January 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ending on December 31, 2025 for all designated persons of the Company.
