Hardik Hudda & Associates (Membership No. A39621, CP No. 14697) Practicing Company Secretaries, Ahmedabad as a Secretarial Auditors to conduct the secretarial audit of the Company for a term of five consecutive year financial year 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform the Stock Exchange that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 07, 2025 inter alia to consider and approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2025.

In terms of provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons shall remain closed from July 01, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ending on June 30, 2025 for all designated persons of the Company.
